Career Objectives:
I am Gideon Ademola Adeoye. A missionary called through the will of God to preach the Gospel in many nations around the world. Born into, discovered, developed and trained in Christ Apostolic Church (in Nigeria) and deployed to bring harvest of souls to the Kingdom of our God from all races, genders, nations, tongues and people by planting the church in every community the Gospel is accepted, and disciples are made for nurturing to maturity. Gideon is committed to planting indigenous churches in every nation wherever he is sent such that the membership and core leadership are citizens of the country. Married to Deborah Kehinde. Marriage is blessed with children both biological and spiritual.
Bio- Data:
Born on 11th August 1958 in Ila Orangun Osun State of Nigeria to a peasant farmer Elder David Olayole Adeoye & a full-time housewife Deaconess Abigael Siyanbade Adeoye (both of blessed memory). Gideon grew up under guidance of strict and devoted Christian parents and paternal grandmother who led me carefully to avoid childhood delinquencies. They shaped my adolescent and youthful life using godly principles and their lives as examples which directly molded my characters and Kingdom values during those formative years of my life.
Ministry Profile:
- In 1975: I had Salvation encounters at the age of 17 during a Youth Camp organized by Apostolic Faith Church. The Spirit Baptism followed 2 years later.
- 1979-1981: At age 21, I had my first encounter in ministry when I was called to lead a new, young and vibrant branch of CAC Oke Ayo, Kosofe, Mile 12 area of Lagos State which by God’s grace I shepherd for two years before I went to college. I later assisted Ministers at the headquarters of CAC Oke Ayo Akoka for many years even while I was at the Yaba College of Technology, Lagos
- 1992-1994: I worked in Abuja & coordinated the Youth Group in Abuja/ Suleja
- 1995- 1997: I led the Youth Group of Christ Apostolic Church in Lagos State for 40 months. Branches of CAC were planted in many parts of Lagos and Ogun States of Nigeria during this period.
- 1998-1999: Back in Abuja and joined the Youth Group to plant CAC in Rafinseyin; Kaduna Road and a couple of other locations withing the FCT. Kwali, Orozo to mention but a few.
- 1999: I received call to full-time ministry
- 2000: Equipped for Missions at Ikeji Arakeji the current site of JABU & I was later posted to CAC Ajaokuta, Kogi State (for Missions Practical);
- 2000- 2001: First posting on partial Foreign Mission field Kosubosu in Northern part of Kwara State along the border with Northern Benin Republic
- 2001- Date: Posted out on full foreign missions to the Gambia
- 2021: Missions exploration and survey to Cape Verde just for 3 weeks.
- 2024- Date: Expansion of Mission exploration to Guinea Bissau, a Portuguese Speaking Country.
